Tucked along Brickell Avenue just moments from the water’s edge, CLAUDIE invites you to experience a uniquely elegant take on the timeless Riviera ritual. Inspired by the leisurely afternoons of the South of France, our Aperitif Time is a celebration of refined cocktails, curated wines, and Mediterranean bites in an atmosphere that is equal parts relaxed and radiant.
Mediterranean Moments, Miami Setting
Each evening from Sunday through Thursday, 6 to 7:30 p.m., guests are welcomed to gather at our bar for Aperitif Time, CLAUDIE’s interpretation of a sophisticated happy hour. Seating is first come, first served, exclusively at the bar, where no reservation is needed.
Let the day slow down. Sip, savor, and connect with familiar faces or new ones beneath the soft light and effortless elegance that define our space.
A Taste of the Côte d’Azur
Our aperitif menu is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the sunny flavors and vibrant colors of the Mediterranean coast. Enjoy selections from our sommelier’s rotation of French wines and champagnes, signature cocktails like the Maison Rouge (a smoky, sultry blend of mezcal and blood orange), or explore zero-proof creations such as Renoir’s Garden, featuring fig leaf and cream soda.
To complement your drink, choose from artfully composed bites, blinis with caviar, mini gazpacho, marinated bell peppers, or a petite serving of our signature beef tartare. Each item is designed to transport you to the French Riviera, one sip and one bite at a time.

Aperitif Time is the perfect introduction to the full experience that is CLAUDIE. Our restaurant, which opened in 2024, was conceived as a tribute to the golden hours of coastal France, where elegance meets ease and every detail is intentional.
Whether you’re seated indoors among curated Mediterranean art and natural textures, or in one of our serene outdoor lounges by the fountain, you’ll feel far from the rush of the city, yet entirely at its center.
We also offer a private dining room for intimate celebrations or professional gatherings. Should you wish to host a special event with us, we recommend booking well in advance.
A Note on Attire
To maintain the elevated experience our guests expect, we kindly ask that all guests observe our dress code. We ask that beachwear, t-shirts, open-toed shoes, or overly revealing attire be reserved for other occasions. CLAUDIE is a refined destination; we welcome you to dress accordingly.

While reservations are not required for Aperitif Time, we do encourage reservations for dinner service and cocktail seating outside of happy hour hours. CLAUDIE opens daily at 5 p.m. and welcomes guests into the evening until 1 a.m. on weekdays, and 2 a.m. on weekends
